It's the Cthulhu Antenna Ball™.
The Cthulhu Antenna Ball™ is approximately 2" in diameter, not including the tentacles. It comes with 5 or 7 tentacles to a ball, googly eyes, and a watertight covering (Thermocote™) that protects the creature from the elements, rampant low hanging tree branches, and (if it's properly secured) the occasional carwash.
Each Cthulhu Antenna Ball™ is unique, since there is no way to make any two of them exactly the same, even though the manufacturing process is the same for all of them. Minute variants in temperature, elasticity of the components, etc. can cause variations in the shape of the head, the positioning of the eyes, the "expression" on its face, etc.
